La Grande Terche adjacent to St Jean D'aulps is a small traditional Savoyarde
village in the Portes de Soleil area, with a mixture of old farm buildings and tasteful apartment
blocks set in a beautiful backdrop of mountains and breathtaking
scenery.
This duplex apartment is east facing and situated on the fourth(top) floor and sleeps 6 people comfortably. It is a 5min walk from the bubble car. It is also posibble to ski across to the bubble car and to ski back to the apartment (the return ski run is blue/red)
All services in the village including 3 restaurant/bars within 5 minutes walk.
Access to Portes du Soleil is 25 minutes by car. An exceptionally
friendly village with superb skiing in winter and family activities in
summer.
The area offers no British packaged
accommodation. Instead, the resort is very much run by the locals who
openly welcome a wide and cosmopolitan clientele. If you want to holiday independantly this is a very desirable location.
